Ms. Najet Brahmi, author of several publications in the field of commercial law, advises a wide range of economic actors in her capacity as legal counsel and attorney specializing in commercial law. She is responsible for managing litigation on behalf of several companies experiencing financial distress.

In 2020, Ms. Brahmi participated in a call for tenders launched by the Council of Europe for a study on commercial justice in Tunisia. She was subsequently appointed as project lead. The final report was submitted in June 2021, and she was formally commended for the high quality of the work delivered.
